伊朗核问题与海湾安全

海湾安全存在着国际、地区和国家三个层面的结构性安全困境。海湾安全历来是伊朗国家安全战略的重点。当前伊朗核问题是伊朗试图自主获取核技术的行为与国际社会对伊朗核计划发展意图不明确而产生的一种战略冲突。伊朗在核问题上的强硬外交姿态恶化了其原本就不利的外交环境。伊朗核问题正成为导致海湾安全局势发生变化的重要导火索,其解决途径和最终出路将决定海湾安全的走向。

Iranian Nuclear Issue and Gulf Security

There exists a structural security dilemma in the Persian Gulf involoing the international,regional and national layers.The current Iranian nuclear issue is a strategic conflict between Iran's independent effort to acquire nuclear technology and the lack of confidence on the part of the international society in the intention of Iranian nuclear program.Iranian defiant diplomatic stance upon the nuclear issue is worsening its original disadvantageous diplomatic environment.At present,the Iranian nuclear issue may bring about a dramatic change in Gulf security.The way of resolution and the final solution of the Iranian nuclear issue will determine the orientation of Gulf security in the near future.
