朝鲜蓟中多酚化合物和绿原酸含量的测定

摘    要:本实验中,对朝鲜蓟不同部位,不同生长期,不同生长环境条件下的多酚和绿原酸含量进行了分析,并比较了不同提取剂的提取效果,结果显示:多酚和绿原酸在叶片中的含量明显高于花托和苞片。结球后期叶片中绿原酸含量高于结球前期。大棚中栽培的朝鲜蓟其多酚及绿原酸含量均高于露地栽培。不同提取剂中以60%甲醇作为多酚和绿原酸的提取剂,提取效果最好。

Determination of Polyphenols and Chlorogenic Acid in Artichoke

Abstract:In this paper, the content of polyphenols and chlorogenic acid were determined in different parts of artichoke, different growing stages, different growing environments and different extract solvents. The results showed as follows: polyphenols and chlorogenic acid showed the highest concentration in leaves compared with receptacle and brackets. Chlorogenic acid reached to the highest amount during the flowering stage. The content of polyphenols and chlorogenic acid are higher in artichoke planted in plastic house than in the open field. 60%methol as the extract solvent showed the highest extract efficiency both in polyphenols and chlorogenic acid compared with others.
