| 摘 要： | 一人公司作为一种特殊的公司类型,西方绝大多数国家立法都予以认可。为适应我国市场经济发展的需要,我国也应立法设立一个有限责任公司。具体应从以下三个方面对一人公司进行规制:即一人公司的设立,一人公司的运营,一人公司的责任。
