| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国高校党的建设工作取得了巨大成就,积累了宝贵经验。30年的实践告诉我们,要始终坚持用中国特色社会主义核心价值体系指导高校党的建设工作,坚持和完善党委领导下的校长负责制,加强高校领导班子和基层组织建设,不断提升党务工作队伍素质,探索思想政治教育工作新途径。
