摘    要:
居高的营销人员流失已经成为非公有制企业发展的一个瓶颈问题,研究营销人员流失控制策略对于非公有制企业健康发展尤为重要。针对非公有制企业营销人员流失因素,采用因子分析法对营销人员流失原因进行深入分析,实证研究显示:非公有制企业管理者个人素质、任职者个人成长以及任职者能力发展空间、企业管理水平、工作保障因素是造成营销人员流失的重要因素;重构企业法人治理结构,实施经营权与所有权分离、引进职业经理人、提高企业管理水平及营销人员个人成长能力、为其创建发挥潜能的平台、改善工作环境并完善各种保障制度,是非公有制企业营销人员流失控制的有效策略。

Abstract:
The high amount of marketing staff turnover has become a bottleneck promem, muuencmg the development of non-public enterprises. First, the article analyses what can affect the marketing staff turnover, and the research shows that these factors such as managerg quality, the development space of incumbentg growth and ability, as well as the level of enterprises" management, and job security, exert important effect on the staff turnover. Then, the article studies in depth why the staff turnover happens. At last, the article comes up with the control strategies. On the one hand, the enterprise should reconstruct its corporate governance structure, implement the separation of management and ownership, and import professional managers. On the other hand, the enterprise also ought to improve the level of enterprise management. Considering the marketing staff, a platform need be provided, where they can express their potential and enhance their personal ability. What' more, it is necessary to improve the working environment and complete all kinds of security system
