期刊业人力资源特征及其水平的提升——对广东省期刊业的思考

摘    要:对广东省内多家期刊经营管理现状的研究发现:人力资源是期刊业最重要的核心资源,且期刊业人力资源具有自身显著特征。从整体竞争力和结构水平来看,目前期刊业人力资源现状未能达到理想的状态,不能适应传媒产业发展的要求,需要从找回员工的职业忠诚入手,提高团队结构素养,并立足于提升人力资源水平,优先培养期刊经营管理类人才。

Abstract:A survey of the periodical management in Guangdong shows that human resource is the core resource for the periodical profession,and that the human resource for the periodical profession is characterized by its own features.Seen from the overall competitiveness and structure,the existing human resource of the periodical profession is still far from being ideal,and can not satisfactorily meet the needs of the media industry,hence need for improvement.It is assumed that strategies to be employed include promoting employees' occupational loyalty,improving awareness of teamwork and priority to the training of periodical management talents.
