| 摘 要： | 由于历史的渊源 ,澳门回归后所施行的法律 ,尤其是私法领域不可能不受回归前法律制度的影响。澳门在回归之前 ,调整继承关系的基本法律是葡萄牙民法典 ,这是一部典型的大陆法系国家的法典 ,深受德国民法思想和传统影响。在中国政府对澳门恢复行使主权之后 ,比较分析中国大陆与澳门继承制度的异同 ,对帮助理解和贯彻执行《澳门特别行政区基本法》、完善我国大陆继承法律制度均有所裨益

| Abstract: | The current legal system of Macau has been unavoidably influenced by Portugal , especially in civil law, after Macau reverted to the sovereignty of our country. In Portugal, inheritance law has been incorporated into civil code, which is a typical civil law. After its reversion, the distinction between Chinese Mainland and Macau in inheritance law could be analyzed so as to improve our inheritance regulations as well as further understanding and enforcement of Basic Law of Macau Special Administrative Region. |
