教师权威的社会学分析

摘    要:教师权威代表一种师生间的社会关系,是学校教育权威的集中体现。从社会学视角分析,教师权威现状,可以看到,学生群体的特殊性、家长群的时代特点、社会舆论的误导、学校环境的难作为、市场经济的表征等因素导致了教师权威的消解与异化。因此,必须寻求对话型师生关系下的教师权威,以解决当前的问题。

Abstract:Teachers' authority,a kind of teacher-student relationship,is an essential display of the authority of school education.In sociology,the analysis of the current situation of teachers' authority can reveal how it is influenced by some factors like the special personality of the young students,the unusual temporal characteristics of their parents,etc;they lead to the inefficacy and alienation of teachers' authority.To solve the problem,a new communicative kind of teacher-student relationship must be established.
