国有商业银行金融产品创新策略研究

摘    要:
长期以来由于受计划体制的影响,金融业金融法规不健全、机构设置不合理、管制严格导致了经营体制不灵活、社会信用基础薄弱并大大限制了金融产品的创新。我国国有商业银行只有进一步完善金融管制机制和监管法规,健全市场规则,积极拓展服务领域,加大技术创新和产品创新力度,推进国内整个金融业的改革和发展,才能增强国有商业银行的市场竞争力。

Abstract:
Chinese economics has traditionally been a planning economical system.Therefore in the financial sectors,the unreasonable management structures,uncompleted financial laws and ineffective control of the banking system resulted in an unproductive management,poor social credibility and lack of financial services and products development.State-owned commercial banks could only compete with other financial organizations with improvement in management structures,laws and market principles,expanding service products,and enhancing technological and product innovations.
