港口物流簇群的形成与繁荣

众多与港口物流相关的企业绕港而居具有明显的产业聚集特征。文章从繁荣港口物流产业聚集的立场出发,提出了港口物流产业聚集的观点,并分析了港口物流簇群的优势、条件模式对产业本身及地方经济的影响。认为港口物流应打破上游企业的垄断,警惕强势企业形成垄断链,创造中小企业易进易退的市场环境。

On Formation and Flourishing of Port Logistics Cluster

This paper creates the term "port logistics cluster" since locating around harbor of a plenty of port logistics firms shows the feature of industrial cluster, and analyzes its importance for industry itself and local economy. But port logistics cluster differs somewhat from manufacturing cluster, such as shorter industrial value chain. In order to flourish port logistics cluster, this paper holds that the monopoly of upstream firm should be broken down; a monopoly chain among power firms should be avoided; an easily entering and exiting market for the medium-small firms should be created and the industrial power would shift to the selling enterprises which are nearer to the goods owners.
