摘    要:介绍了车载单相正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)IGBT逆变器的基本结构方案,以车用24V直流电源为逆变器输入,变换得到50 Hz/220 V交流电.该方案采用中间直流环节的高频变压器式逆变电源系统结构,它由高频逆变、高频变压器隔离升压、整流滤波、高频SPWM逆变和输出滤波组成.对逆变器的控制及保护电路也在作了详细的介绍,并给出试验结果.

Abstract:This paper presents a design scheme of single-phase sine pulse wide modulation (SPWM) IGBT inverter for mobile vehicle. This inverter converts the 24V DC battery power supply to 50Hz/220V alternative current source. This design scheme adopts high frequency transformer inverter power system structure with DC-link in middle. It consists of high frequency inverter, isolation and booster voltage transformer, rectifier with filter, high frequency SPWM inverter and output filter. The control and protection circuits are introduced in detail in this paper, and the experiment is also presented.
