Human-centered legal outlook is the application of Scientific Development Outlook in jurisprudential area, and embodies value pursuit of Scientific Development Outlook in jurisprudential area. Implementation of Scientific Development Outlook should be based on legal development, while legal development should be under the guides of Scientific Development Outlook. |
