| 摘 要： | 分析了当前我国私营中小建筑企业存在的薄弱环节,指出想在日益残酷的市场竞争中立于不败之地,私营中小建筑企业需要健全管理模式,引进和培养一批高素质人才,重视信息化管理,引进先进技术,培育企业文化,制定企业战略规划,提升企业的核心竞争力,实现企业的健康可持续发展。

| Abstract: | At present,middle and small private construction enterprises in China have many shortcomings.In order to win in the increasingly furious market competition,they should perfect the management model.It is indispensable to recruit and train high quality staff.The enterprise must attach importance to information means of management and introduce advanced technology.Besides,they ought to cultivate corporation culture and make strategic plan for strengthening the core competition power.Thus the enterprise could realize continuous development. |
