摘    要:中西方高等教育发展历史都内含着学生参与学校管理的基本意蕴。动机是一个复杂的、多维的、非同质的系统,是构成行为推动力的综合体。本研究以福建省3所高校在校本科生为研究对象,采取分层抽样法,探析学生参与教学管理的动机,以期拓宽高等教育管理的研究领域,对高校管理的改革与发展有所裨益。

Abstract:Both the research of university concept and the history of western higher education include college students' s participation in teaching management. Motivation is a complicated,multidemensional and non-homogeneous system,the syntheses which composes the driving force. The paper takes the students in 3 universities of Fujian province as object,by stratified sampling method,explores the motivation of college students' s participation in teaching management in order to expand research area of higher education management and benefit the reform and development of university management.
