The intensification of China aging population leads that the burden of children about supporting for the elder is increasingly heavy,so people more and more concern about the topic about our country＇s retirement system adjustment and whether to extend the retirement age. Retirement age adjustment is not only a complicated social problem,but also a complex economical problem,which will affect the situation as a whole. There are many affecting factors about the retirement age adjustment,and the thesis, according to the three factors,which are the old-age insurance system,labor employment market,family structure,analyzes the effect on China＇s legal retirement age adjustment.
