老年人呼吸道合胞病毒感染的调查研究

目的了解深圳地区老年人呼吸道合胞病毒感染现状.方法采用碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶桥联酶标(APAAP)、间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELT-SA)和逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)对老年呼吸疾病患者进行RSU Ag、RSV IgG、RSV RNA进行检测.结果患者标本中,RSV抗原阳性率:老年人组为14.48%,对照组为8.75%;RSV IgG阳性率:老年人组为52.33%,对照组为26.25%;RSV RNA阳性率:老年人组为12.15%,对照组为7.5%(P＜0.05).两组比较无显著差异.结论老年呼吸系统疾病患者中,RSV感染较为普遍,应引起重视.

Investigation on the RSV infection of the aged patients

Objective To investigate the the current situation of the infectionfrom respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in the aged patients in ShenZhen. Methods RSV Ag, RSV IgG, RSV RNA were measured on the patients by indirect APAAP, ELTSA and RT-PCR. Results The positive rate of RSV Ag was 14.48% in the aged and 8.75% in the control group; The positive rate of RSV IgG was 52.33% in the aged and 26.25% in the control group; The positive rate of RSV RNA was 12.15% in the aged and 7.5% in the control group. There was no significant differ- ence between the two groups. Conclusion It is common that the aged patients who have respiratory tract diseases are infected by RSV, so we must pay more atten- tion to it.
