论少数民族外语专业学生智力与能力的培养——针对少数民族师范生的外语专业教学的研究交流

针对少数民族的外语专业教育在我国的高等教育领域尚处于刚刚起步阶段,然而却在我国高等教育史上开创了外语教育的先河。本文以教学实践为基础,以民族学生在学习外语中存在问题为题,论述了由于地处边疆,少数民族学生的义务教育状况、知识阅历、外语基础、智力开发、能力发展等都大大落后于时代的步伐。然而,中华民族的再次崛起已经向边疆人民吹响了前进的号角。因此,培养少数民族专业人才,其中包括外语人才迫在眉睫。这是一条前人没有走过的路,要求外语教育者们在茫茫的原野上开辟出一条适于少数民族的教育之路。

On Training of Intellect and Ability of National Minoritios Students in Foreign Languages Education

Education for the minority nationality students majoring in foreign languages is still in its beginning stages in the field of higher learning.It creates a historic precedent for the foreign languages education in our country.However,living in border areas,the minority nationality students fall greatly behind the times in their compulsory education,knowledge expansion,foreign language basis,intellectual development and ability to receive new things.The Chinese nation is standing up again,which sounds the clarion call to the border peoples.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to train minority nationality talents,including those majoring in foreign languages.This requires that our educators cut a new path of foreign languages education available to the national minorities.
