浅议我国户籍制度改革的若干问题

我国户籍制度改革必将极大地促进农村人口的城镇化和社会经济的发展。由于受社会经济发展现状、农村人口的基数大、农村与城市的生活水平差距较大等影响,户籍制度改革将继续深化,按一定的目标和步骤,坚持推进城镇化、以人为本、政策配套等原则,积极探索城乡统一户口登记管理制度,实现人口静态管理向动态管理的转变。
