| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术尤其是信息技术的飞速发展,信息技术给企业生产、管理活动的方式带来了根本性的变革。信息技术对企业管理提出了重大的挑战,促使其考虑如何利用信息技术改进企业管理模式,适应信息社会,在日益激烈的竞争中保持不败的地位。本文将讨论如何利用信息技术改进集团资金管理,实现企业管理信息化的第一步。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of science and technology, especially information technology (IT),IT has brought the fundamental change to the ways of production and managerial activity in an enterprise. In-formation technology presents a great challenge to business administration, and urges the enterprises to con-sider how to utilize the information technology to improve the management mode and adapt to the informationsociety so as to stand to win in the increasingly fierce competition. This paper discusses how to utilize the in-formation technology to improve group fund management and realize the first step in the informationization ofbusiness administration. |
