| 摘 要： | 业务流程再造(BPR) 是当前管理学研究领域内的热点问题,如何在错综复杂的企业系统中识别出过程,是实施BPR 的首要前提,在对BPR 研究的基础上,分析了企业过程识别的重要性,而过程的组成元素是活动,活动与活动之间的相互作用和相互联系则构成了企业过程系统,所以首先提出了基于CIMOSA 的活动识别方法,在活动识别的基础上给出了过程识别算法和过程之间关系的确定并进行了案例研究. |

| Abstract: | Business processes reengineering is a hotspot problem on management domain currently , how to identifyenterprise processes in anfractuous enterprise system is chiefly precondition of implementing BPR. This paper ana2lyzes the importance of enterprise processes identification on the base of studying business processes reengineering.Enterprise processes are made up of activities , and the interaction and interrelation between activies form enterpriseprocesses system. Therefore , this paper put forward the method of enterprise avtivities identification based onCIMOSA firstly. Subsequently , the processes identification arithmetic and how to make certain the relationship ofprocesses are provided. At last , a case to validate the arithmetic is provided. |
