| 摘 要： | 分析了我国私营企业发展的现状,认为在现阶段私营企业的发展不应急于摒弃家族制。提 出了制度创新是私营企业发展的必由之路,在私营企业发展到具有一定的规模时,必须推动私营企 业的产权制度、组织制度和管理制度的创新,政府也应努力推动私营企业的制度创新。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis to the development status quo of domestic private enterprises, it is concluded in this paper that it is not advisable for private enterprises at present to abandon the family system. As system innovation is the ultimate choice for their development , enterprises must promote innovations in their property right system, organizational system and administrative system when they have witnessed a certain scale of development. Moreover, the government should also spare no efforts to help them to promote such innovations. |
