论青年科技创新行动

青年科技创新行动必须坚持以经济建设为中心、服务科教兴国战略,培养青年创新素质的原则,坚持有的放矢的工作思路。其工作重点应放在:培养青年创新人才;推动科技成果的生产、创造、推广、应用;促进青年科技人才与项目的对接,建立青年科技创新示范基地。机制建设中的网络、奖励、阵地、政策的建立健全很重要,能发挥处理好服务大局与体现青年特点、继承与创新活动与机制、统一要求与创造性工作之间关系的功效。

On Young People's Innovative Actions in Science and Technology

In young people' s scientific and technological innovation,we must follow the principle oftaking economic de-velopment as the central task,serving the strategy of invigoratin g the country through science and edu cationandcultivating young people' s innovation quality,and stick to the work concepts ofshooting the arrow at the target.In this regard,the focal points of our work s hould be:training young qualified p ersonnel in innovation;promoting t he production,creation,popularization and application of scientific and technological fruits;setting up the demonstra tion bases for young people' s scientific and technological innovation.In the mechanism building,t he perfection of network,reward,policies,etc.is very important.It plays an active part in handling the relations between service to the whole and reflection o f young people' s characteristics,between inherita nce and innovation,between activities and mechanisms and between unified requirements and creative work.
