| 摘 要： | 《优待条件》形成于辛亥革命时期,对逊清皇室具有重要意义,是其政治特权、经济生活的重要保障.民国初年,《优待条件》遭遇危机.为了给《优待条件》提供安全保障,逊清皇室借助民国制宪之机,积极运作《优待条件》的入宪,但由于民国政局混乱,最终功败垂成.逊清皇室的努力产生了积极的影响,对《优待条件》做了宣传,彰显了其法律地位.不过,《优待条件》入宪是一次执行的错位,面对乱局,即使入宪成功,亦不能为其提供所需的保障.

| Abstract: | Signed in 1911, The Articles of Favorable Treatment of the Great Qing Emperor after His Abdication was very important for the Abdicated Qing Imperial Family. They enjoyed political prerogative and got a preferential fund every year according to the regulation. However,the articles were in crisis in the Early Republic of China. To protect their rights, the Abdicated Qing Imperial Family hoped and tried their best to push it into the Constitution. To their disappointment,the government refused it. |
