| 摘 要： | 公平与效率问题是一切政治、经济制度的实质与核心问题,是当今世界各国必须正确面对和解决的重大理论课题和实践难题。从马克思主义经济学、西方经济学、国内经济学界研究现状等方面对公平与效率的概念及分解进行了阐述,并探讨和分析了影响公平与效率的各种内外因素。

| Abstract: | The issue of equity & efficiency is the essence and heart of the matter involving all the political and economic systems and an important theoretical research topic and a difficult problem in practice as well.The paper expounds on the concept of equity & efficiency in the light of such aspects like Marxist Economics,the Western Economics,the present research conditions of the domestic field of Economics and explores various internal and external factors influencing equity & efficiency. |
