| 摘 要： | 侵犯著作权罪中“以营利为目的”的网络异化，是一个值得关注的问题。珊瑚虫侵犯著作权案在互联网上和媒体上引起了极大关注。此案关涉到众多第三方软件的利益、前途和命运,在客观上也给网络空间中著作权犯罪“以营利为目的”的认定带来了巨大的冲击和挑战，因此本案示范意义重大。

| Abstract: | It is a valuable concerned problem that the dissimilation of "aiming at proceeds" in the copyright crime in the internet.The case of actinozoan copyright violating draws much attention in the field of the internet and the press.The case affects the benefit,prospect and fortune of the numerous third party's software,and brings great strike and challenge in how to cognize "aiming at proceeds" in the copyright crime in the internet space.So such case has great demonstrating significance. |
