| 摘 要： | 发展高新技术产业是西部大开发的必然要求。基于对西部大开发战略实施5年来西部高新技术产业发展成就以及区域间和区域内差距的分析,从制度创新、政策促进、区域布局、比较优势发挥以及技术创新等五个方面提出推进西部高新产业发展的具体思路。

| Abstract: | Developing high and new technology industry is the necessary requirement for the western large scale development.Based on the analysis of achievement of western hi-tech industry development and gap among regions and in the western region from the implementation of western large scale development,from five aspects of system innovation and policy advancement and regional distribution and comparative advantage exertion and technical innovation,this paper puts forward five concrete thoughts to promote hi-tech industry development. |
