| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展理论是思想政治工作的理论基础,为加强和改进思想政治工作提供了行动指南。实现人的全面发展是思想政治教育的目的和归宿,二者相互支持、相互促进、共同发展。思想政治工作必须以人的全面发展为指导,增强其针对性和实效性。
