体育选修课体系的构建与探讨

对体育选修课作为一门独立的课程进行了探讨,并阐述了体育选修课体系的科学性和完整性及其重要性。笔者对全国80余所高校和沈阳建筑工程学院的问卷调查与测试,及样本进行了数理统计和分析,提出了构建体育选修课体系的依据与方法,为高校体育教学改革提供了必要的理论依据。

The Estabishment and Practice of Optional Curriculum System of Physical Education

The physical education optional curriculum ,as an independent course of colleges and universities.The integrity and scientific nature of PE optional curriculum are becoming more and more important.Using the method of questionnaire and experiment,the author makes an investigation into more than eighty colleges and universities.At the same time, the author makes statistis and analysis on the sample.The author clarifies the establishment of the basis and method of PE oftional curriculum.And the main aim of this article is to provide necessary theoretical basis for the PE teaching reform of colleges and universities.
