A Theoretical Exploration to Maslow’s Psychology of Science

Connecting real society with virtual one, network is an important occasion for social mobilization and increasingly becomes a public communication channel. Network can trigger or intensify, as well as resolute or relieve social conflict. The social conflict events under network environment are increasingly organized, which lead to increasing difficulties for government to solve them. To solve these conflicts, the government should attach great importance to the livelihood of people, develop unobstructed communication channels for public interest, promote the government＇s credibility and force of dealing and guiding network public opinion, and finally establish the authority of network public opinion.
