| 摘 要： | “以人为本”在中西历史文化长河中思想丰富源远流长，却由于理论本身的缺陷停留于空想。当代“以人为本”之所以能超越空想，立足科学，成为现实的可能，关键在于马克思发动人学史上哥白尼式的革命，克服了以往一切人学理论的缺陷：从“抽象的人”转向“现实的人”；从人的“既成本质”转向“生成本质”；从“工具迷失”转向“工具复归”；从“英雄史观”转向“群众史观”。
