工作满意度、年龄与主观幸福感——基于武汉市城镇居民的分析

摘    要:本文基于2007年武汉市城镇居民的主观幸福感调查数据,首先运用层次分析法对武汉市城镇居民的工作满意度水平进行了测算,并在此基础上对工作满意度与主观幸福感之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,工作满意度对主观幸福感具有正外溢效应。但是,如果考虑到年龄与工作满意度之间的关系,这种正外溢效应的强度将随着年龄的增加而减弱。

Abstract:Based on the survey of subjective well-being for urban Wuhan in 2007,this paper first measures the job satisfaction for urban Wuhan citizens by employing Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Moreover,it discusses the relationship between job satisfaction and subjective well-being.The results imply that job satisfaction has positive effect on subjective well-being.However,if we consider the relationship between age and job satisfaction,this positive effect will decrease with the increasing of age.
