高等学校青年教师继续培养途径刍议

摘    要:随着高等教育的蓬勃发展,青年教师在高校教师队伍中所占比例也有逐年上升的趋势。他们大多学历较高、知识面广、思想活跃,逐渐成为高等教育中教学和人才培养的一支不可或缺的生力军。但是由于受社会环境、自身素养和学校管理等因素的影响,这批青年教师也普遍存在一些问题。针对高校青年教师存在的问题进行分析,从加强教师职业道德建设、教学技能、科研素质和实践能力等方面提出了青年教师继续培养的基本思路和方法。

Abstract:With the development of the higher education, the proportion of junior teachers in universi ty teaching faculties is ascending year after year. As an integral part of the new force in the higher ed ucation, they are characterized of better thoughts, though some problems are exp education background, broader knowledge ected the paper proposes approaches and suggestions to be solved. Based on the analysis in the continuing training of univer of and more liberal these problems, sity junior teachers to enhance their professional ethics, teaching skills, scientific diathesis and practice abilities and so on.
