面对面问卷调查老年住院患者对护理工作的满意度

摘    要:
目的提高护理质量及科室患者满意度,得到患者的认同。方法随机抽取本科室住院患者及出院患者275例,采用本院护理部统一设计的调查问卷表,对住院3天以上的患者进行现场问卷及出院一周的患者进行电话随访问卷调查。结果我科患者综合满意度由开展前的89.6%提高到98.6%。结论面对面调查有助于提高科室护理满意度。

Elderly hospitalized patients face to face questionnaire survey on the result of patient satisfaction of nursing department

Abstract:
Objective To improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction,get the patient’ s identity.Methods Random undergraduate course room patients hospitalized and discharged patients 275 cases,using our nursing department unified design ques-tionnaire,patients on hospital more than 3 days of on-site survey and discharged patients by telephone follow-up survey of the week. Results Patients with comprehensive satisfaction improved from 89.6% to 98.6%.Conclusions Face to face questionnaire sur-vey can improve the satisfaction of nursing department.
