摘    要:基层员工是东北地区中小企业员工的主体,对中小企业的发展起到至关重要的作用.对基层员工的激励方式包括物质激励和非物质激励.其实,非物质激励是企业既可以节约成本,又可以提高绩效的有效激励方式.笔者在肯定对基层员工物质激励重要性的前提下,力求探究非物质激励的模式.通过对企业问卷调查,用统计软件分析调查数据,提取出有效激励中小企业基层员工的非物质激励因素.最后在对东北地区中小企业基层员工非物质激励因素的实证分析的基础上,构建出适合中小企业基层员工的非物质激励模型.

Abstract:Junior staff is the main part of the small and medium enterprise employees in Northeast China,and they have been playing a crucial role for the development of SMEs.The stimulation to them includes material and non-material incentives.As a matter of fact,the non-material incentive stimulation is the more effective way to save the cost and improve the staff’s performance.The author strives to explore the material incentive mode based on the affirmation of the importance of the material incentive to the staff.According to the questionnaire survey of enterprises,we will extract out the effective non-material factors to inspire these SMEs junior staff through the investigation and the analysis of the data by using the statistical software.And finally,we will construct the suitable non-material incentive model for the junior staff of SMEs,based on the positive analysis of the non-material factors to inspire the junior staff of SMEs in Northeast China.
