妇女法学学科建设初探

妇女法学是妇女学学科体系的一个重要分支学科,也是我国社会主义法学体系的一个重要组成部分。确立妇女法学的学科地位,首先必须研究其学科建设的基础性问题。文章结合从事妇女法学的教学实践,提出妇女法学学科的研究对象、研究方法,阐述妇女法的基本原则、地位和职能、妇女法学的形式和体系,对妇女法学的学科理论框架进行了初步探讨。

A tentative exploration into disciplinary construction of women's law

Women' s law is an important branch discipline in the disciplinary system of women' s studies, and a major component of China's socialist legal system as well. To establish its disciplinary position, the first thing is to study the preliminary issues occurring in its construction. By combining with the teaching practice in the field of women's law, the essay comes up with study objects and methods of women' s law, expounds the law' s basic principles, position, function, form and system, so in this way, it makes a tentative exploration of the theoretical framework of women's law.
