| 摘 要： | 技术创新能力是企业生存发展的重要基础，资金支持实际上是对创新的支持。对近年来我国企业技术创新融资效率相关问题研究成果进行简要的阐述与评析，有助于进一步拓展此类问题的研究，为构建基于效率的企业技术创新融资模式提供帮助。

CastinF a brief look into the issues involved in enter prises at home in recent years, which is of great benefit to further research, provides help for coming up with a creative financing mechanic to raise efficiency in enterprises. |
