大学文化是大学的理想、信念、价值目标和观念体系的总和，是大学的灵魂。大学文化建设要贯彻以人为本的原则，遵循着以物质文化为基石，制度文化为骨架、行为文化为具象、精神文化为内涵的建设发展思路，以社会主义核心价值体系引领和整合多元文化、思想意识和社会思潮，引导大学师生树立正确的价值观、人生观、世界观和荣辱观，对国家、民族和社会承负起强烈的历史使命和社会责任。

The Socialist Core Value System and University Culture Construction

University culture, the soul of university, is the combination of the ideals and beliefs, the value goals and systems, whose construction should be implemented with people-oriented principles, with material culture for cornerstone, with system culture for frame, with actual culture for concretization and with spiritual culture for connotation. Upon basis of socialist core value system and integration of multi-cultural consciousnesses, university cultural construction guides teachers and students to set up correct values and outlooks on life, and to take up the national and social missions as well as social responsibilities.
