“治理”语境下的我国城市房屋拆迁问题探究

当代中国城市已经步入了一个快速城市化的阶段，大规模的城市扩建和旧城改造带来的城市房屋拆迁问题越发突出，耐由此引发的社会矛盾冲突也日益增多，出现了一些不和谐的因素。治理理论要求政府部门和非政府部门等众多公共行动主体彼此合作，共同承担责任，从而为解决我国城市房屋拆迁过程中存在的问题提供可能的路径。

On the Problems of Urban Housing Demolition under the Guidance of Governance Theory

The urban area in China has already been developed into a fast stage, which goes to the massive city extension and urban redevelopment period. But with the social conflicts resulting from the urbaniza tion, some inharmonious factors arouse our concerns. Governance theory demands government depart ments and nongovernmental departments work together to jointly take responsibility, thus to solve exist ing problems in the urban house demolition process.
