| 摘 要： | 21世纪是一个以创新为主题的世纪,一个国家的创新能力关系着这个国家和民族的前途和命运.创新型人才是一种高素质人才,具有广博的知识结构、创新的思维方法、求实的科学精神、持之以恒的钻研精神等特点.高校要加快培养创新型人才,必须采取一系列措施,主要包括转变教育思想,创新教育模式,深化教育改革,加强师资队伍建设.

| Abstract: | The 21st century is an age of creation, and the creativity of a nation has much to do with the prospects of it and its people. Creative talents are highly-qualified ones, who have wide sides of knowledge, creative way of thinking, realistic spirit of science-exploiting and persevere studying spirit etc. In order to accelerate training creative talents, higher educational institutes must take measures of shifting educatonal thoughts, creating education modes, deepening educational reformation, and strengthening teaching staves. |
