| 摘 要： | 目前,人大对政府监督乏力状况没有从根本上改变,原因是多方面的。要改变人大监督乏力现状,必须采取如下措施:强化监督意识,增强监督动力;改革监督体制;加强人大自身队伍建设;逐步实现人大监督法制化、规范化;变革监督方式和手段;突出监督工作重点;理顺关系、形成监督合力。

| Abstract: | At present,the weakness of the supervision of the National People's Congress to the government doesn't change fundamentally.There are many reasons.To change above problem,the National People's Congress should strengthen the consciousness and the force of supervision,reform the system of supervision,strengthen the building of the National People's Congress,realize the legalization and standardization of the National People's Congress's supervision gradually,improve the supervisory ways and means,stress the focal point of work,adjust the relationship and form the supervisory joint forces. |
