| 摘 要： | 法律手段和会计手段是反商业贿赂的两大武器,而会计在反商业贿赂中更具前沿作用。基于会计视角分析商业贿赂的实现,其核心就是支付。掌握和控制支付行为,相比较而言也是最具技术性和最有效的手段。在如何利用会计方法治理商业贿赂上,主要从两个方面入手:一是从制度上强化会计人员的责任,二是在相应的会计核算制度方面进行创新。

| Abstract: | The legal method and the accountant method is the two big weapons for counter-commercial bribe,but accountant has the front function in the counter-commercial bribe.From the angle of accountant,the core of commercial bribe realization is the payment.It is relatively the most technical and effective method to grasp and control payment behavior.How to use the accounting method to manage commercial bribe are put forward from two aspects: first,strengthening accounting personnel's responsibility on the aspect of the system; second,carrying on the innovation on the aspect of the corresponding accounting system. |
