树立正确意识，反对错误倾向，提高领导干部素质

我们党历来高度重视对干部,尤其是对领导干部的选拔、培养和教育,高度重视领导干部能力、水平和素质的提高,并形成了比较全面、系统、科学的干部选拔、培养、教育和考核的理论和政策。同时,加强干部教育工作也是新时期党建工作的一项重要任务,它不但体现了党的干部工作的内涵,而且更应该成为党建工作的重中之重。本文结合作者从事高校工作多年的实践以及学习思考的体会,从八个树立、八个反对着手深刻阐释了树立正确意识,反对错误倾向,提高领导干部素质的重要性与必要性。

Establishing Correct Consciousness and Opposing Mistaking Tendentiousness to Improve the Leading Quality of Our Cadres

Our Party has been paying attention to selecting,training and educating cadres,especially leading cadres,attaching importance to improving their leading ability,level and quality,and has established a series of compehensive,systematical and scientifical theories and policies of selecting,training,educating and assessing leading cadres.At present,enhancing the education of cadres is an important task of strengthening the construction of our Party.Strengthening construction of our Party does not only embody the expression of the indication of our Party' s work,but also becomes the main work of our Party.Based on our long-term experience and practice of working in institutions of higher education,we put forward" Eight Standing Principles and Eight Oppositing Points" in order to explain the importance and necessity of establishing correct consciousness,opposing mistaking tendentiousness and improving the leading quality of our cadres.
