| 摘 要： | 将企业管理中的学习型组织构建引入到大学班级建设和管理中,深入研究学习型组织的精髓,在目前高等教育大众化和班级建设松散的情况下,通过改变班级成员心智模式、建立和谐愿景、个体自我超越、团队学习、系统思考五项修炼来增强班级的凝聚力,同时时学习型班集体构建后应表现出的内外在形式进行思考.
