中法学校化竞技体育后备人才培养模式探析

摘    要:中国竞技体育后备人才的培养模式是建立在教育系统之外的举国体制下的三级训练网模式,其弊端是运动员文化教育的缺失;法国则采取双向培养竞技体育后备人才模式,强调文化教育和运动训练同等重要原则.中国应借鉴法国的经验,建立小学、初中、高中、大学一条龙的竞技体育后备人才培养新体系,并强调青少年运动员以文化学习为主、业余训练为辅的原则;按年级分组进行训练和比赛,可保证青少年运动员在年龄方面的公平竞争,同时把比赛安排在假期,以免影响青少年运动员的文化学习.

Abstract:The training mode of Chinese athletic sports reserve talent is established in a nationwide institutional network of three levels beyond the education system, the disadvantages of which is a lack of culture education, whereas France takes a two-way athletic sports reserve talent training mode, stressing the equal importance of culture and movement training. China should learn from the experiences of France, establishing a new system of reserve talents training for competitive sports from elementary school, middle school, high school to universi- ties. And the principle of "cultural learning dominant, amateur training supplemented" should be stressed. A fair competition of the young athletes in the age could be ensured if training and competitions are grouped by grade, and competition should be arranged in holidays so as not to affect the young athletes' cultural learning.
