| 摘 要： | 从纵向和横向的角度分别探讨了民族精神的历史性和时代性以及民族精神的传统性和开放性，进而指出：民族精神既是历史的，也是时代的；既是传统的，也是开放的。尤其在全球化的趋势下，“各民族的各方面的互相往来和各方面的互相依赖”比以往任何时候都要频繁和深刻，非但“民族的片面性和局限性”不可能，民族精神的开放性和融合性更是成为必要。
