改革土木工程专业毕业设计指导方法培养创新能力的高素质人才

普通高校教学工作水平评估指标体系中,毕业设计是衡量高校教育质量、办学水平一项重要评价内容.毕业设计指导方法是培养大学生创新能力、实践能力,提高大学生的科学素质的关键.本文针对毕业设计存在的问题,提出毕业设计必须健全教学文件,做好毕业设计的开题报告、中期报告及答辩等过程管理,采取学校与就业单位联合指导方式,相近专业的毕业设计联合指导方式,建立毕业设计的教学基地,定期开展毕业设计交流会等方法来培养学生的创新能力和实践能力.

Reforming supervising method of graduation project for civil engineering and cultivating high quality students with innovating ability

One of important contents to measure the education quality and the teaching level is graduation project in the teaching level assessment system of higher learning institution.The supervising method of graduation project is a key aspect to enhance the science level and innovating ability of the students.Based on the present problems in graduation project,the paper supplies the following methods: to perfect the teaching document,to improve the administration for paper-starting report and metaphase and paper defense,to adopt joint construction of the college or university and the enterprise,to establish the teaching base of graduation project,and to hold regular exchange meetings of graduation project.
