| 摘 要： | 人们对汉德公式B、P、PL变量存在模糊认识,实际上B、P、PL不是预防成本、概率、预期成本,而是它们各自的边际量:边际预防成本、边际概率、边际预期成本。在对最优预防水平的分析中指出了运用总量方法的不准确性,从而达到对该变量的准确理解。

| Abstract: | People's opinions about the variables in the Hand Formular are false.In fact,B,P,PL are not preventive cost,probability,or preventive cost,but their oun marginal variables:marginal preventive cost,marginal probabality and marginal anticipative cost.The false parts about the means of using total variable are pointed out to make the varible understood well and truly. |
