| 摘 要： | 时间是一个抽象概念,人类对时间的表征,时空隐喻扮演着不可或缺的角色。本文认为空间概念是时空隐喻的原型,人们对时间认知的心理基础是空间心理图式的跨域映射。如同空间概念一样,人类对时间的认知虽然基于静态与动态两套认知系统,但各民族在两套系统的使用频率上存在差异。汉民族还借用垂直空间概念来表征时间,这与汉民族的认识论、传统文化和语言体系密切相关。

| Abstract: | This paper assumes that temporal-spatial metaphor plays a crucial role in the process of representation of abstract concept "time".The psychological mechanism for temporal-spatial metaphor is the across-domain mapping of spatial schemas because the archetype of temporal-spatial metaphor is the spatial concept.The spatial concepts are used in all languages to represent time through two horizontal schemas,one of which is static,and the other is dynamic.Different languages,however,differ in their usage of the two schemas in frequency.Vertical concepts in spatial domain are also used to represent time in Chinese language.This tendency is closely related to the ideology,cultural tradition and language system of the Chinese people. |
