| 摘 要： | 结合北京邮电大学移动通信北京市精品课程的建设经验，提出了建设移动通信精品课程的要素，分析了目前教学中所存在的矛盾和问题，并在对比国内外专业课教学的不同的基础上，提出了教学改革的思路和办法，并进行了翔实的实践。 |

| Abstract: | At present, the reform of higher education attracts people＇ s attention. The Nation and Beijing province have given a strong support for the Construction of Excellent-Courses and the reform of education. Combining our construction practice of Beijing Excellent-Courses of Mobile Communication, we put forward some key elements in-the course construction, analysis the contradictions existing in teaching, propose a method to reforming through comparing the course in China to the foreign, and practice it accurately. |
