| 摘 要： | 格拉斯佩尔的独幕剧《琐事》不仅揭露了谋杀案背后家庭暴力的存在,也暗示了法律体系的排他性和暴力性。文章从解构主义批评理论出发,剖析《琐事》中男权和法权的暴力性,揭示受暴力压迫的女性以及女性同盟如何以自己的力量解构暴力,从而实现格拉斯佩尔对男权和法权的颠覆。

| Abstract: | Glaspell＇s one-act play T ri f les not only reveals the domestic violence behind the murder case , but also implies the violence and the exclusiveness of the legal system .From the perspective of decon-struction ,this paper analyzes the violence of patriarchal and legal systems in T ri f les and brings to light how the violently-oppressed women and women league deconstruct violence with their own power so that Glaspell manages to subvert the patriarchal and legal systems . |
